AARP Foundation Tax-Aide will again be offering its free in-person income tax preparation service for low- to moderate-income taxpayers, with special attention given to those age 60 and older.

The service will be offered at four sites in Butler County from Tuesday, Feb. 3, to Tuesday, April 14. The sites are Mars Area Public Library in Mars and Community Alliance Church in Butler on Tuesdays; Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler on Thursdays; and Cranberry Public Library in Cranberry Township on Fridays.

All sites still require an appointment in advance. Appointments can be made by calling 724-264-5860.

Membership in AARP is not required. Taxpayers should bring a photo ID, along with their prior year tax returns, if available.
