The countdown to football season — and marching band season — is on.

Seneca Valley School District residents can support the Seneca Valley Marching Band at its annual “Pie Fest” fundraising event Thursday, Aug. 13, at NexTier Stadium.

The marching band will start off its 2026 season with a bang, debuting its brand new halftime show, “SVMB Decades.”

Organized by the pie fest committee, attendees will also receive a slice of fresh-baked pie. Dinner concessions will also be available, so the committee is encouraging attendees to come hungry.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m., with the performance starting at 6:30 p.m. Admission is just $6, or $30 for an immediate family of five or more.
