Ceremony will take place at American Legion

The Memorial Day service that normally takes place in Four Corners Park in Zelienople will instead take place at American Legion Post 474, 308 West New Castle Street, Zelienople, this year.

The service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, May 25, outside the legion. It features a program recognizing deceased military personnel from the area by era. Students will also read essays which members of the post selected for the ceremony.

The American Legion will provide chairs for those who need to sit during the ceremony.
