Allen Paul “Bud” Pliskaner, 80, of Cranberry Township, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025.

Born Nov. 15, 1944, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Edward Anthony and Leora (Brutley) Pliskaner.

Bud was an auto body technician by trade and a handy man by hobby. He was always helping other people. Bud was considered a friend and Mr. Handyman to many. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Bud leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Ida Mae “Mazie” Pliskaner; his son, Michael Paul Pliskaner; his grandchildren, Caden Allen and Linnea Rose McKinney; and his sister, Carol Lee Randall.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his son, David Carl, and infant son, Edward Allen Pliskaner.

PLISKANER — Friends and family of Allen Paul “Bud” Pliskaner, who died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, were received on Sunday, Sept. 14, at BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, Sept. 15, at Divine Grace Parish, St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, with Father John Gallagher officiating.

Bud will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Park in Cranberry Township, with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bud’s honor to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
