Members of the Rotary Club of Cranberry Township—Sunrise gathered on Saturday, May 10, for their annual spring cleanup of Powell Road.

The club collected 11 bags of trash along the stretch between Rochester and Freedom roads.

Longtime member Jerry Andree said the club has participated in the township’s Adopt-a-Roadway program for 15 years, helping to keep local roadsides clean and litter-free.

As part of the program’s requirements, members will return in the fall for another cleanup of the same route.
