The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 14 — Sarah Ellen Colpo, 62, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 2 traffic stop. Police said Colpo had a blood alcohol content of 0.121%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 27 — Andrew Scott Tignanelli, 36, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 11 incident. Police said Tignanelli had a small amount of marijuana and rolling papers.

Aug. 3 — Eric Lee Powers, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 3 incident. Police said Powers had several glass smoking pipes and related paraphernalia.

Aug. 4 — Aidan Eric Lozano-Hilliard, 22, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 1 crash. Police said Lozano-Hilliard had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 4 — William Robert Ringler, 54, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an Aug. 1 incident. Police said Ringler had suspected crack cocaine.

July 27 — Brigitte Faye Dougherty, 36, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 15 crash. Police said Dougherty had a blood alcohol content of 0.23%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 3 — Robert John Carson, 26, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 6 traffic stop. Police said Carson had a blood alcohol content of 0.158%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 3 — Kenneth David Green, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a July 20 crash. Police said Green refused to provide his information to another driver after a crash.

July 28 — Oscar Cosme Jr., 47, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, disorderly conduct and marijuana possession following a July 28 incident in Forward Township. Police said Cosme had a small amount of suspected marijuana, was laying in a field with a beer can and showed signs of impairment after riding a bicycle.

Aug. 3 — Frank Martin Miller II, 47, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 20 traffic stop in Brady Township. Police said Miller had a blood alcohol content of 0.088%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 3 — Thomas Carl Kaplin, 41, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 20 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Kaplin had a THC vape pen, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.16%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 3 — Miranda Renee McDermott, 31, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 13 incident. Police said McDermott had a blood alcohol content of 0.309%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 3 — Denis Idrisa Jaward, 48, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 18 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Jaward tested positive for methamphetamine.

Aug. 3 — Daniel Paul Morehead, 31, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 11 traffic stop in Prospect. Police said Morehead had two glass smoking pipes and related paraphernalia.

Aug. 4 — Christopher M. Codispot, 36, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 14 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Codispot had a blood alcohol content of 0.189%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
