SV students shine at Butler Art Center exhibition

Seneca Valley High School students recently showed off their creativity at the Butler Art Center’s regional high school art exhibition. Eight Seneca Valley students earned awards for their outstanding art pieces.

Junior Sara Breeger won first place for her submission titled, “Smith and Evans.” Junior Elizabeth Semenenko also won with her submission, “Untitled. “Senior Charlotte Acosta won second place with “Humanity Overshadowed by Remarkably Superior Being” and senior Owen Johnson won third place with “Freeing Imagination into Dimension.” Senior Carly Byrom won third place in ceramics with “Floor Dragon.” Senior Madeline Zimmer, junior Julia Miller and Eliana Gorog received an Honorable Mention Award.
