Cranberry Township wins state award for communication from state township association

Cranberry Township received the Outstanding Citizen Communication Award for a Township with a Population Over 5,000 at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors’ 2026 Excellence Awards on Monday, April 20.

The awards ceremony was held as part of the first day of PSATS’ annual educational conference and exhibit in Hershey. The contest attracted entries from 42 municipalities across the state.

The township also received a first-place award in the Newsletters for a Township with a Population Over 5,000 and Other Publications categories, and third place in the Electronic Newsletters, Multimedia Communications and Social Media categories.
