PennDOT announced Monday, March 23, that upcoming median work along Route 228 in Middlesex and Adams townships would be delayed one week.

Work was originally scheduled to begin March 30 but will now begin on April 6, the department announced. Crews will be working between the lanes of Route 228 between the intersections of Mars-Valencia and Davis roads.

The department said drivers should use caution and be aware of trucks entering and exiting the corridor.

Work is expected to be completed May 29.
