David V. Bauman, 60, of New Sewickley Township, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026.

Born on June 17, 1965, in Butler, he was the son of the late Lewis and Shirley (Coutts) Bauman.

Affectionately known as “Coach Dave,” he coached girls’ softball for many years. He also proudly served on the recreation board for New Sewickley Township for Green Valley Park.

Dave was a grateful recipient of organ donation, which provided him with a new kidney and pancreas.

He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 32 years, Lisa (Martin) Bauman, whom he married Nov. 6, 1993; his children, Amanda (Justin Balobeck) Boyd and Regis (Molle) Haefner; his grandchildren, Alyssa (James) Aguilar, Jessie Boyd and Charlie Haefner; his great-grandchild, Jack Aguilar; his brothers, Mark and Kerry (Laurie) Bauman; his sisters, Joy Griffin and Susan Burr; his brother-in-law, Robert (Kim) Martin; his sister-in-law, Susan Torbett; and many nieces and nephews.

BAUMAN — A friends and family celebration will be held to honor the life of David V. Bauman, who died Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 1, at the Clubhouse at Rock Lake North, 113 Rock Lake Drive, Zelienople.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to the Center for Organ Recovery and Education, www.core.org.

Arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
