Cranberry Township set to host Santa’s First Stop

Santa Claus will kick off the holiday season in Cranberry Township during Santa’s First Stop, set for 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at the Municipal Center and Armstrong Great Lawn.

The event will feature the annual tree lighting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, live reindeer, Christmas caroling by the Dutilh Choir, a Steel City LUG Lego display, and a “Polar Express Experience,” hosted by the Cranberry Township Early Learning Center.

Families can also enjoy Makerspace crafts from the Cranberry Public Library, a photo booth and the Cranberry Foundation Tree Gallery.

Food trucks and local vendors, including Chick-fil-A, Cousins Maine Lobster, Cranberry Dairy Queen, Fun Fore All, The Flame BBQ and The Munching Moose will offer meals and sweet treats throughout the evening.
