The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

State police, Butler

Nov. 4 — Shawn M. Myers, 50, of Chicora, was charged with two counts of DUI, two counts of driving with a suspended license and six summary traffic citations following a Sept. 19 traffic stop. According to police, Myers crossed the center line and was driving with a turn signal activated on Hemlock Road in Bruin. Police said he showed signs of impairment, did not satisfactorily complete a field sobriety test and his blood alcohol content was 0.168%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 4 — Keira A. Behun-Sporny, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance following an Aug. 19 hearing at District Judge Lewis Stoughton’s office in Chicora. A trooper said he detected a strong odor of marijuana from her and her car in the court parking lot. She said she smoked marijuana two days ago and had a medical marijuana card. Results of her field sobriety test indicated impairment and a blood test showed the presence of THC and metabolite.

Nov. 4 — Trevor L.E. Tatters, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary counts of harassment and disorderly conduct Nov. 3 after police responded to a report of a domestic incident in Clay Township. Police said he had a pipe in a bandanna he was carrying.
