Armstrong
Armstrong has once again earned the top spot in the nation for customer satisfaction among broadband providers, according to the latest HarrisX survey. With feedback from over 77,000 customers, Armstrong not only took first place but beat the nearest competitor by more than five points.
“That kind of result isn’t luck. It’s the product of a team that shows up every day and a network built for performance,” the company said.
Armstrong’s 100% fiber-backed network delivers the reliability and speed customers count on, supported by continual improvements to infrastructure year after year. From expanding capacity to upgrading technology, Armstrong invests heavily to ensure customers always have access to world-class service.
The company is actively investing in broader community connectivity. Just recently, they broke ground on a $16 million expansion project in Butler County, part of the Accessible Broadband for Children (ABC) initiative.
In partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority and the Butler County commissioners, this public-private effort aims to deliver 220 new miles of fiber and reach about 1,600 locations that previously had no broadband access.
This initiative aims to improve internet access for students in the Moniteau and Slippery Rock school districts. Although education is a primary goal, the advantages extend beyond that, promoting regional economic growth.
Armstrong proves broadband is about more than fast downloads; it's about building connections, supporting communities, and investing in a stronger future.
