A culvert replacement project on Mars Valencia Road near the Butler County border is expected to be completed by the end of June. A contractor working for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is replacing a huge culvert along Mars Valencia Road in Pine Township, Allegheny County. The road has been closed to traffic between Babcock Boulevard and Camp Trees Road since work began in early April. A detour is posted.
