Students invited to take part in Paint the Plow

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is inviting high school students from District 10 — which includes Butler, Armstrong, Clarion, Indiana and Jefferson counties — to participate in this year’s Paint the Plow program. The program challenges students to paint a mural on a PennDOT snowplow blade to promote winter driving safety.

This year the theme is “Use your reason when it’s freezin’,” which reminds motorists to use caution when driving during the winter.

Last year’s winning school from District 10 was Keystone High School of Clarion County.
