A new episode of the “Alter Eagle” podcast — featuring Laura Crago, podcast producer for the Butler Eagle — releases next week.

“Alter Eagle,” an original Butler Eagle podcast, will take a deep dive into Butler County Prison’s community reintegration program in its Monday, April 22, episode.

The podcast currently features 12 episodes exploring addiction and recovery in Butler County — as well as a four-episode miniseries highlighting Butler County issues on Capitol Hill. New episodes release every Monday and are available at alter-eagle.com as well as on major streaming platforms, such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

The podcast’s 13th episode features Beau Sneddon, warden of the Butler County Prison, and Matt Clancy, reentry coordinator.

Alongside host Laura Crago, Eagle podcast producer, Sneddon and Clancy discuss the community reintegration program, as well as the work of corrections officers to support those suffering from substance abuse, illnesses and mental health concerns.
