Butler woman accused of inappropriate acts with minor in Cranberry Township restaurant
A Butler woman is accused of sending sexually inappropriate photos and engaging in inappropriate acts with a 15 year old while the two were employed at a Cranberry Township restaurant, according to charges filed by Cranberry Township Police.
Carly Anne Grealish, 27, of Butler, was charged Saturday, with one felony count of unlawful contact with a minor and misdemeanor counts of corruption of a minor and indecent assault following an investigation that began July 22.
According to police, officers interviewed the minor in August and were told Grealish, who worked at the same restaurant, had engaged in multiple inappropriate acts with the child between July 12 and July 21. The minor added, in addition to the acts, he had also been sent inappropriate photos.
The minor recounted two incidents in July when he was in the walk-in cooler and Grealish began engaging in inappropriate acts, police said. One of the incidents was witnessed by a co-worker. The minor also said Grealish sent him six inappropriate photos of herself.
Grealish was also interviewed by police in August. During the interview, she admitted that physical contact had occurred between herself and the minor but denied the inappropriate photos and acts.
Grealish’s preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled.
