The Lynch Law Group, based in Cranberry Township, announced Krista M. Kochosky, partner and chair of the real estate and litigation practices has been promoted to equity partner, effective immediately.

Kochosky will continue as chair of the firm’s two biggest practice groups, while taking a more direct role in the management of the firm itself.

She has more than 27 years of legal experience and represents individuals and businesses across Western Pennsylvania, including Butler, Allegheny, Beaver, Westmoreland, Lawrence and Crawford counties.

Kochosky is an alumna of Kent State University and the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University. Throughout her career, she has litigated in both state and federal courts, representing clients in a wide range of civil matters from breach of contract to unfair trade practices.
