State police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a sign damaged Wednesday, April 24, on Route 422 in Connoquenessing Township.

The crash occurred between 10 and 10:40 a.m. near Purvis Road, according to documents.

Police said a vehicle traveling east on the road struck and damaged a construction zone speed sign on the shoulder before leaving the scene.
