Schnur keys rally

for Behrend volleyball

ERIE — Butler graduate Cody Schnur had 15 kills in helping the Penn State Behrend men’s volleyball team rally from an 0-2 deficit to secure a 3-2 win over Thiel Tuesday night.

Schnur’s 15 kills came on 26 attempts with no errors. He added six blocks n the match.

SRU baseball 2nd

in PSAC West poll

LOCK HAVEN — Slippery Rock University’s baseball team is picked to finish second in the PSAC West preseason baseball coaches poll. Seton Hill is picked to win the division, receiving three first-place votes.

The Rock and Mercyhurst tied for second in the poll, receiving two first-place votes each. California (Pa.) received a first-place vote and tied Gannon for fourth place, followed by Pitt-Johnstown, Clarion and Indiana.

Millersville received eight of nine first-place votes in the PSAC East.
