The Butler County Bureau of Elections is planning to relocate the polling place for the Middlesex Township 3 precinct from Crossway Community Church on Davis Road to Gospel Fellowship Presbyterian Church at 161 McFann Road.

Chantel McCurdy, bureau director, said the proposed change will be posted for at least 10 days, and the county commissioners will vote on the move at their next meeting on March 13.

Voters will be notified by letter about the change if it is approved by the commissioners, she said.

Gospel Fellowship Presbyterian Church is located in precinct 1, but it was chosen because it is accessible to people with disabilities and precinct 3 is mostly residential with few facilities capable of hosting polls, she said.
