Good Samaritan Hospice will host a free Youth Bereavement Care event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 9 at its Middlesex Township facility at 116 Browns Hill Road, Valencia. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Titled “March Memories,” the event will focus on creating personalized memory boxes for bereaved youth up to age 21 and their caregivers. Those planning to attend should bring with them items that remind them of the special person in their lives who died.

Adults can relax, receive support from a bereavement counselor, or create their own memory box.

Lunch will be provided.
