Exceptional employees across Butler County in business

The Butler Eagle asked businesses across Butler County to recognize a number of their exceptional employees. Below are those that were submitted:

Kitana Beblo

Kitana Beblo is a team member at McDonald’s - Tri-County Management. She has been employed by the restaurant for three months.

She was nominated by public relations’ Kerry Ford.

“A recent addition to our team, Kitana has quickly proven herself a fantastic teammate. Extremely friendly, Kitana uses her sparkling personality to make each guest's visit a special one,” Ford said. “Kitana is always readily available to assist the guests and her fellow teammates with high energy and a ready smile.

“Kitana is always looking for new challenges and approaches each and every day with a desire to make a positive impact on everyone she comes in contact with.”

Kayleigh Wilkinson

Kayleigh Wilkinson is a team member at McDonald's - Tri-County Management. She has been employed by the restaurant for one year.

She was nominated by public relations’ Kerry Ford.

“Kayleigh is a customer favorite who is always willing to go the extra step to deliver a great Gold Standard Experience to all our guests,” Wilkinson said. “She brings joy to work daily with a ready smile and a can-do attitude that has a contagious impact on her fellow team members. Kayleigh readily takes on tasks head-on with enthusiasm and a desire to make each guest visit truly special. We are all better off having Kayleigh on our team!”

Rita Beaumont

Rita Beaumont is crew chief at McDonald's - Tri-County Management. She has been employed by the restaurant for 26 years.

She was nominated by operations supervisor Tina States.

“Rita has been a member of our team for 26 years. Rita comes in for every shift with a smile on her face ready to serve customers. Her enthusiasm is contagious. Throughout her 26 years she has trained and developed countless employees. We couldn’t imagine our team without her.”
