20 students receive scholarships from Armco Credit Union

Armco Credit Union recently awarded $20,000 in scholarships to 20 local high school seniors.

The students were selected from 100 qualified applicants based on academic and extracurricular achievement. Students attending colleges, as well as vocational schools were eligible.

The students were selected from 100 qualified applicants based on academic and extracurricular achievement. Students attending colleges, as well as vocational schools were eligible.

Armco Credit Union has awarded nearly $100,000 in scholarships during the past six years.

The following students were awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

Armstrong Junior-Senior High School: Ava Formaini, Caleb Hoffman

Butler Senior High School: Carlie Baker, Maeley Cornetti, Autumn Gall, Maisy Gibson, Ryan McLister, Tyler Prentice, Zoe Scott, Maysen Stewart, Aaliyah Vivirito

Karns City Jr./Sr. High School: Kylee Kriess

Knoch High School: Sheldon Deal, Reilly Huff

Lenape Technical School: Grace Burke

Minden High School: Alex Martin

Moniteau High School: Carmella Ryan

Seneca Valley Senior High School: Bailey Milanovich

Slippery Rock Area High School: Natalie Double, Kyle Ritenour
