Barbara Miller
Barbara “Barb” Lee Miller, of Cranberry Township, passed away Saturday evening, March 4, 2023, of breast cancer.
Barbara was born on Sept. 8, 1936, in Navarre, Ohio, to Earl and Louise Heater Baker.
She was a devout Lutheran, active in her church, and proud descendant of Samuel Simon Schmucker — Lutheran theologian and founder of Gettysburg Seminary.
She was a longtime proprietor of Andrea’s Country Shop in Zelienople.
Barbara was also a world traveler, Steelers fan, and when not traveling to see family or walking in nature, she loved spending time reading and volunteering.
Barbara is survived by her three children, Timothy Miller (spouse Leslie), Kathy Akins (spouse Brian) and Kimberly Monaghan (spouse Michael); and her granddaughters, Sarah Miller, Emily Agans, Anna Akins and Amanda Miller Zimmerman.
MILLER — A memorial service for Barbara “Barb” Lee Miller, who died Saturday, March 4, 2023, will be held at noon Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Hope Lutheran Church, 8070 Rowan Road, Cranberry Township.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hope Lutheran Church, 8070 Rowan Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
