Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School will offer a Vo-Tech Fair from 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 9, for students at Mars Area Middle School.

Eighth- and seventh-graders will have an opportunity to gather information about several of the vo-tech’s 15 different programs including air conditioning/heating/electrical occupations, automotive technology and culinary arts.

All of the school’s programs are designed to prepare students to enter jobs in technical, skilled, and semi-skilled occupations after high school graduation.

At Mars Area High School, students may attend the vo-tech for one, two or three years in one of the school’s programs of study. The school has more than 985 students enrolled from Butler County school districts.
