Slippery Rock University’s men’s and women’s basketball teams posted victories Saturday.

The Rock men (3-1) won their third straight game, defeating East Stroudsburg, 81-73, at Morrow Field House. Amante Britt scored a career-high 22 points and had four assists. Frankie Hughes had 16 points and Butler graduate Tyler Frederick 13 points and seven rebounds.

Jamiyah Johnson scored 24 points and grabbed 21 rebounds in the Rock women’s 69-59 win at Malone (Ohio). Daeja Quick added 15 points and four assists for SRU (3-1).
