Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company will give away fire extinguishers and offer fire extinguisher training to seniors later this month as part of fire safety education programs.

The fire company will give out the extinguishers at training sessions 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and Thursday, as well as Sept. 20 and 23 in the Brush Creek room at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center.

The sessions are open to township residents ages 65 or older.
