Mars Area High School’s Future Medical Providers Club was awarded a 2019-20 Vitalant High School Scholarship.

The club, working in collaboration with Vitalant, hosted a community blood drive Feb. 25. The award was based upon the total number of registered blood donors and collections at the drive.

The $250 scholarship will be awarded to a Future Medical Providers Club member to be used to defer the cost of higher education.
