ADAMS TWP — The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department announced it will conduct a Safe Sitter Babysitter’s Training Class.

Class will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Rotary Pavilion at Adams Township Municipal Park, 690 Valencia Road.

This class is designed for ages 11 to 15 and emphasis is on five main areas: prevention, safety, responsibility, leadership, and professionalism.

Advance registration is required due to class size limits. The cost is $49 per participant and includes all books and materials needed for the course. This class will be outdoors so participants are to dress accordingly for the weather.
