Mars resident Napresa Nobles, 37, who has been with C.A.R.E.S. of Western Pennsylvania for two years, adds red and green sprinkles to her Christmas cookie Wednesday night at C.A.R.E.S. campus at 225 Crowe Avenue. The organization provides person-centered and community-based services for people with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
