The board of supervisors took the following actions at its meeting Thursday:

- Made a partial payment of $31,315 to Freedom Enterprises & Associates for general construction on the Rotary Amphitheater expansion

- Awarded the following contracts:

- $274,300 to Joseph J. Brunner Inc. for disposal of biosolids, grit and screening at the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility

- $1,076,490 to Youngblood Paving Inc. for 2021 street resurfacing

- $137,759 to Midland Asphalt Materials Inc. for 2021 seal coating

- $44,950 to Russell Standard Corp. for 2021 crack sealing

- Approved an agreement with Pittsburgh Flying Disc for the maintenance, scheduling and advancement of the disc golf course at North Boundary Park

- Approved a $27,500 agreement with Kolano Design for the Graham Park master signage plan update

- Authorized the following purchases:

Three Toro 3320 Hybrid Green mowers from EH Griffith Inc. for $122,212

One 2021 Dodge Durango for the police department from Laurel Motors Inc. for a total cost of $20,770.
