Cranberry Township

The Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors took the following official actions Thursday night:

Approved a three-lot subdivision on 5.1 acres at 1700 Gavin Road

Approved a lot line revision creating four units on Lot 102 in the Reserve at Eagle Hill along Florida Boulevard

Granted lot line revision for three lots on Lot 7-5 in Park Plase Phase 7 along Amon Street

Granted conditional use approval for a 3,600 square foot automotive repair business at 790 Commerce Park Drive

Approved an assignment and assumption agreement between Real Estate Development Associates and RPG Cranberry LLC for the Brandt Drive Apartments

Granted tentative and final planned residential development approval for the Brandt Drive Apartments

Granted preliminary and final and development for a 78,100 square foot dog park in Community Park North

Adopted an ordinance requiring electronic application submittals for signs

Approved the following payments:

$144,123.83 to Allegheny Excavating Inc. for MSA Thruway construction

$22,324 to Freedom Enterprises & Associates for general construction on the Rotary Amphitheater expansion

Granted the following contracts:

$741,172.13 to KCI Technologies Inc. for final design for the Route 228 Gateway Project-Freedom Road, West Phase 2

$25,500 to GHD for Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility solids handling update

Made the following purchase approvals for improvements on Freshcorn Road:

$38,080 to Midland Asphalt Inc. for road materials

$11,450 to Midland Asphalt Inc. for equipment rental

$16,094 to Amerikohl (stet) Aggregats for aggregates

Proclaimed July 16, 2021, “Park and Recreation Professionals Day.”
