Butler Downtown and Vintage Coffeehouse are looking for volunteers for a clean up effort which will take place April 29 in Butler.

For the event titled Spring Clean Up Day, volunteers are asked to meet at Vintage Coffeehouse, 209 S. Main St., at 8 a.m.

Groups of volunteers will weed, sweep and pick up litter on each block. Trash bags and adult sized gloves will be provided.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring smaller or kids-sized gloves, screwdrivers, brooms and leaf blowers to assist with weeding.
