Meadow Point housing plan gets tentative OK
ADAMS TWP — Planning commissioners gave tentative approval to the Meadow Point residential plan.
Meadow Point features 38 homes on 52 acres and two cul-de-sacs.
Landscape Architect Steven Victor, representing the developer, presented the plans and agreed to have a geotechnical study done as a condition of final approval.
Neighbors raised concerns about runoff and the proximity of a planned trail to neighboring properties.
Victor explained the water runoff would be mitigated by a retention pond with any runoff going into a nearby stream.
The developer did agree to push the trail 30 feet from the property.
The planning commission will meet next at 5:30 p.m. April 24.
