These items were collected from various police departments:

Dec. 21 — Cheyenne Grossman, 25, of Hilliards, was charged with retail theft.Police said Walmart loss- prevention stopped Grossman after she didn't pay for 29 items valued at about $152.Dec. 9 — Annmarie Gianfrancesco, 50, of Rilton, was charged with a first-offense DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 8 stemming from a call about vehicle stuck on train tracks at McCalmont Road in Butler Township.Police said they responded to a call about a vehicle on the tracks and found an open container on the passenger side of the vehicle. Gianfrancesco said she had two drinks earlier. Police said Gianfrancesco was arrested, and while being transported she snorted a white substance in the back of a police vehicle, which was revealed to be cocaine during later testing.Dec. 8 — Allen Ross Jr, 68, of Butler, was charged with criminal trespassing and simple assault Dec. 8 in Butler Township after police say Ross entered a person's home and began yelling that he was the “Red Arrow.” Police say the homeowner allowed Ross to enter the home upon seeing a Veterans Affairs badge attached to his belt. Police said Ross was asked by the homeowner to leave several times before they arrived.

Dec. 9 — Brooke A. Kelley, 24, of Zelienople, was charged with retail theft Nov. 20 after police said they responded to a call about a theft in progress at Walmart on Route 19.Police said a store employee observed Kelley scanning only one item in her cart before pushing it past the self-checkout register.Police said the employee reviewed her receipt and found 26 items that were unpaid for valuing at more than $150.

Dec. 9 — Andrew Charles Fink, 31, of Renfrew, was charged with receiving stolen property.Police said a dirt bike was reported stolen Aug. 31, and on Nov. 29, police found a dirt bike matching the description of the stolen one being sold on Facebook Marketplace by Fink.Fink was unable to provide details about his purchase of the dirt bike, or any documentation for it.Dec. 9 — Angelique Marie, Visconti, 29, of Valencia, was charged with retail theft Dec. 4 at Walmart on Route 19.Police said Walmart reported that Visconti placed several items into bags without scanning them, and attempted to leave the store.The asset-protection officer recovered 12 items consisting of clothing and food valued at around $105.
