Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve blood circulation, increase energy, and improve your immune system. Tai Chi Sword combines the styles and characteristics of both Tai Chi exercise and sword play. Relax, stretch, tone, strengthen and increase flexibility through Tai Chi. Walk-ins Welcome. For ages 16 and up.
